Client Coordinator - Intake Specialist
The Client Coordinator will serve in a central, client-facing role at the beginning of each new matter and will be expected to manage the intake process with a strong level of organization, professionalism, and follow-through. This position is intended for someone with prior client service or intake-related experience who is comfortable guiding potential clients through early steps, managing communication and scheduling, and keeping matters moving within an established practice management system, while continuing to grow into broader responsibilities related to client care, firm systems, and long-term relationship development.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will serve in an important client-facing and administrative support role and will be expected to handle front office responsibilities with a strong level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through. This position is intended for someone who is comfortable managing communications, maintaining a polished office environment, preparing and processing documents, and supporting attorneys and staff within an established practice management system, while continuing to grow into broader responsibilities related to client service, office coordination, and legal support.
Estate Planning Attorney
The Estate Planning Attorney will play a substantive, client-facing role in estate planning matters and will be expected to handle assigned work with a meaningful level of independence. This position is intended for an attorney with prior estate planning experience who is comfortable managing responsibilities, client communication, and follow-through within an established practice management system, while continuing to grow into related areas such as tax-oriented planning, business strategies, and some estate administration support.
Associate Attorney
The Associate Attorney will help individuals and families put thoughtful plans in place, protect what they have built, and make future transitions easier for the people they care about. Duties include meeting with clients, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, guiding signings, assisting with trust funding, and supporting related estate administration matters. This position is best suited for someone who communicates well, works collaboratively, manages responsibilities independently, and is eager to take ownership in a small-office environment.
Part-Time Estate Planning Attorney
The Estate Planning Attorney will play a substantive, client-facing role in estate planning matters and will be expected to handle assigned work with a meaningful level of independence. Paralegal – Funding, Estate Planning, & Estate Administration
The Paralegal will serve in a substantive, detail-driven role supporting both attorneys and clients across estate planning, trust funding, and estate administration matters. This position is intended for a highly experienced paralegal with a strong understanding of Washington estate planning procedures who is comfortable handling significant responsibilities, client communication, funding coordination, and follow-through within an established practice management system, while helping ensure matters move forward with accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
