Young Adult Planning: A Trust System for Your College Kid

As children grow into young adults, the role of their parents starts to change. The young adult is no longer a minor, but is learning about life and living without their parent’s looking out for them.

A balance has to be found between protecting the young adults in your life and letting them grow. Through estate planning, people, like parents, can be named in roles, so that they can still be a person taking care of their young adult if difficult times happen.

This package is offered exclusively to our clients, past or current, or the important people in their lives. The children, grandchildren, or nieces and nephews of clients of ours are the perfect candidates for this estate planning package.

Emergency Decision Document Set: Be Prepared for Anything

Emergency decision documents are crucial components of comprehensive estate planning. They ensure that your wishes are respected during unforeseen circumstances. These legal instruments delegate authority to a trusted individual, who can then make key decisions about your finances and healthcare when you’re unable to do so. This not only provides peace of mind but also minimizes potential disputes, ensuring a seamless transition during difficult times.

This package is offered exclusively to our clients, past or current, or the important people in their lives. Family members or friends of our clients that do not have any estate planning or who urgently need an update are the perfect candidates for this estate planning package.
