Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a polished and dependable Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere while supporting the legal team with document preparation, communication coordination, and office organization.
Paralegal – Funding, Estate Planning, & Estate Administration
We are looking for a highly experienced and organized senior paralegal to support our attorneys and clients with estate planning, trust funding, and estate administration. This role requires a strong command of Washington estate planning procedures, including the asset alignment process, and a commitment to following through on all post-execution planning needs. You’ll work directly with clients, institutions, and fiduciaries to ensure clarity, compliance, and peace of mind.
Executive Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of our growing estate planning law firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working closely with leadership, and is energized by keeping operations and priorities on track. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, streamlining communication, and supporting strategic initiatives that help the firm grow efficiently and serve clients with excellence.

Other Position Details
Location: Seattle office, with flexibility to work from our future Eastside location as needed
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, during standard business hours (office is open to clients from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Hourly or Salary
Pay Range: Competitive Pay (specific to each position)
Start Date: Flexible, ideally within 2–4 weeks of offer
Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; background check may be required
